What it is

A review on TradeSpace can only be left after a job you completed together through the platform. Each review carries an overall rating plus three specific ones — craftsmanship, customer relationship, and value. Contractors can flag a review as disputed.

Why it matters

For clients, it’s a review wall you can actually trust, because every review sits on top of a real, finished job. For contractors, no drive-by one-stars from someone you’ve never met — and three-part ratings mean you’re judged on what you control.

How to use it

For clients

  1. 1Complete a job with a contractor through the platform.
  2. 2Leave an overall rating plus craftsmanship, customer relationship, and value scores.
  3. 3Add a comment about how the work went.

For contractors

  1. 1Reviews appear on your profile after a completed job.
  2. 2If a review is unfair or inaccurate, flag it as disputed.

Common questions

Who can leave a review?
Only a client you completed a job with through TradeSpace. No completed job, no review.
