Saved Contractors & Clients
What it is
Found a contractor you’d hire again? Save them, and they’re in My Contractors whenever you need them next. It works both ways: contractors can save clients, building a working contact list of the people they’ve worked for, and can tag them in project posts.
Why it matters
For clients, it’s the contact-book problem solved — the person who fixed your furnace two winters ago isn’t a lost phone number anymore. For contractors, your client list is your business; repeat work and referrals come from people who already trust you.
How to use it
For clients
- 1On a contractor’s profile, tap save.
- 2Find them again any time under My Contractors.
For contractors
- 1Save a client you’ve worked with to keep them on your list.
- 2Tag a saved client in a project post about their job.
Common questions
- Can a contractor see that I saved them?
- Saving a contractor adds them to your own My Contractors list. Check the in-app behaviour for the current visibility details.
