Why we built TradeSpace.
The best tradespeople in every Canadian city are too busy to market themselves. The homeowners who need them are stuck with Google ads, ten-year-old reviews, and lead-gen platforms that profit from confusion. Neither side is happy.
We started TradeSpace to fix that — not by adding another layer of middlemen, but by giving contractors the kind of online presence they deserve, and giving homeowners the kind of trust signals they actually need. Real portfolios. Real proximity. Real people.
We’re launching in a single city first. Bootstrapped. One contractor, one client, one neighbourhood at a time. That’s how communities are built.

Started TradeSpace after watching too many great contractors get drowned out by lead-gen platforms and too many homeowners get burned by ones who shouldn’t have been there in the first place. Building the platform he wished existed.
